This made-to-measure freestanding drinks unit was created for a client in Bexley looking for a smart, functional place to store bottles, glassware, and bar essentials. It’s a bold centrepiece, packed with practical features and finished in a striking shade of Farrow & Ball Mere Green—a deep, rich teal that gives the piece real character.
The base features a solid black-stained wooden worktop, sitting on classic shaker-style cupboards and three central drawers. All doors and drawers are fitted with traditional brass handles and hinges, adding warmth and a touch of vintage charm.
Above the counter, the vertical slatted wood panel acts as a backdrop and design feature, creating contrast and depth. Built into the wall above are matching display cupboards with glass doors and internal glass shelves, perfect for showing off glasses or bottles. Under-cabinet lighting adds a soft wash of light across the surface, while integrated spotlights inside the cupboards make everything easy to find.
