Alcove Furniture

Alcove spaces are one of the most underused parts of a home, especially in period properties where chimney breasts create natural recesses. Our made-to-measure alcove furniture is built to make the most of those spaces, giving you practical storage, clean lines and a fitted look that ties the whole room together.

From simple shaker-style cupboards to full-height shelving and media setups, every piece is designed, built and installed to suit your home. All work is crafted to order, built for longevity and finished to the same high standard you’ll find across all of our fitted furniture projects.

Scroll through our recent alcove projects below to see how we’ve transformed living rooms and bedrooms across Kent with bespoke cabinetry that fits perfectly from wall to wall.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ross and his team built this beautiful bespoke piece of furniture for us. From start to finish Ross was knowledgeable, helpful and a really nice person. Leechcroft Carpentry were the first company we approached and once we met Ross at his very first visit we did not look anywhere else.
We had sort of an idea what we wanted and he advised us on style, materials and finishes without being pushy. Ross handpicked the raw edge oak, taking photo's and sending them through for us to see before the final decision was made. We were kept informed on progress throughout.
On installation day Ross and his team were respectful of our home, cleared up at the end of each day and were all very friendly and professional.
We can't recommend Ross and his team highly enough. The end result is absolutely perfect and far exceeded our expectations.
Thank you 🤩

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ross and his team are great! From quote to execution it was a no fuss experience, just so professional and great people. The finished product is exactly what we wanted. It was an AI generated image and Ross and his team executed it perfectly and even better! We will definitely work with him again in other projects we have coming up.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ross and his team were amazing throughout this build. Lauren made the booking process very easy. Ross and Max were great and completed the job with great care & attention to detail. Paul fitted the lighting with no issues and Richy did a great job painting everything up. The result is exactly what we originally discussed and makes our home feel so much more comforting and cozy. From my family to yours Ross, thank you! If you’re thinking about contracting Leechcroft, please don’t hesitate.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ross and Max did a fantastic job on our stairs. We had a specific vision in mind and they did not disappoint. They were both a pleasure to have working in our house and always left the place clean and tidy at the end of each day. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of carpentry work and will be sure to get them back for future projects we have.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely magical work! I am beyond thrilled with these woody pannels and integrated lighting that was installed. If you are looking for a carpenter who is professional, honest, and efficient, look no further.
From the very first message, they were quick to respond and incredibly polite + understanding regarding my vision. They transformed my living space into something stunning!
The attention to detail—especially how the lighting flows across the corner—is flawless. The work was completed quickly without sacrificing quality, and the entire process was stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who balances technical skill with such great customer service. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thanks a million to you Ross and Max. Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Couldn't recommend these guys more. Great communication, beautiful craftsmanship, and lovely people. We had built in cabinetry made for my husbands study as well as a media unit for the living room and both look incredible. They tidied up after each day and were really considerate around our home. Thanks again!
